Presentation Timer

Rehearse against the clock. Set your slot, get a per-slide pace, and see exactly when you are falling behind — with a heads-up beep at every slide change. Nothing leaves your browser.

How to pace a deck

A safe default is one slide per minute for narrative decks, and 20–30 seconds for data-heavy review slides. Set the total slot your organiser gave you, then adjust the slide count until the pace feels honest.

Why per-slide pacing helps

A single countdown only tells you that you are late. Per-slide pacing tells you which slide you overspent on, so you know what to cut before the next rehearsal — usually the one you rewrote three times.

Rehearse with the real ending

Always run the last two minutes at least once: closing, questions, and the awkward silence while people find their cameras. Those are the minutes most presenters never time.
