AI Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all prompts, uploaded materials, generated presentation content, images, charts, notes, and exported files created or processed with Slydix. Slydix is built for legitimate business, education, sales, marketing, and internal communication presentations. It must not be used to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.

Prohibited identity and likeness content

You may not use Slydix to create, request, upload, or distribute:

  • deepfake images, videos, audio, or presentations;
  • face swaps or fabricated human-like faces presented as real people;
  • voice cloning, voice impersonation, or deceptive impersonation of any person;
  • content using an identifiable person's name, image, voice, personal data, or likeness without the permissions and explicit consent required by law;
  • content that falsely suggests a person or organization created, endorsed, or approved a presentation, product, service, or statement.

Prohibited decisions and sensitive profiling

Slydix must not be used to make or materially support automated decisions, rankings, eligibility determinations, or categorizations about people in employment, education, housing, lending, insurance, healthcare, legal services, immigration, law enforcement, or other high-impact areas. Do not infer or profile sensitive personal characteristics.

Other prohibited content

You may not generate, upload, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory;
  • facilitates violence, exploitation, harassment, abuse, or sexual content involving minors;
  • contains adult, pornographic, gambling, or illicit-drug content;
  • provides personalized medical, legal, investment, trading, credit, or other regulated professional advice;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, contractual rights, trade secrets, or other rights of a third party;
  • contains malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, or instructions for cyber abuse;
  • supports political campaigning, voter manipulation, or deceptive public persuasion;
  • violates the acceptable-use rules of our payment, hosting, AI, or infrastructure providers.

Your materials and responsibilities

You must own or have permission to use every prompt, document, logo, photo, chart, brand asset, and other material you submit. You are responsible for checking generated output for accuracy, permissions, confidentiality, and legal compliance before sharing or publishing it. AI-generated output must not be represented as verified professional advice or as a genuine statement by a person who did not authorize it.

Enforcement and reporting

We may refuse a request, block output, preserve evidence where legally required, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. To report suspected misuse or request review of an enforcement decision, email support@slydix.com.
