Refund and Cancellation Policy

Slydix sells digital access to AI presentation generation, editing, and PowerPoint export through Usage Credits and, where offered, paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the transaction.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@slydix.com. Please include the email address used for the purchase and the Paddle transaction or receipt number. You may also request a refund through the Paddle receipt or buyer-support channel. Do not send payment-card details.

Eligibility

Refunds are generally available for duplicate or unauthorized charges, or when a verified technical failure prevents the purchased service from being provided and we cannot resolve it. Purchases that have already been substantially used—including consumed Usage Credits, completed AI generation, or downloaded PPTX files—are normally non-refundable, except where applicable law, Paddle's Buyer Terms, or Paddle's Refund Policy requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, defect, and refund rights always prevail.

Paddle buyer policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, payment refunds are issued by Paddle. Review the Paddle Refund Policy for country-specific and mandatory rights. If this policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right or Paddle's applicable buyer terms, the legally controlling rule applies.

Cancellations

One-time Usage Credit purchases do not renew automatically. If a recurring plan is offered, you may cancel future renewal through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
