Privacy Policy

Guangzhou Rihao Trading Co., Ltd. operates Slydix ("we") at slydix.com. We collect account information, presentation prompts, generated content, transaction references, and service-security records as needed to operate and protect the service. We do not sell personal data.

How long information is kept

Generated presentation projects, including their text, structure, and assets needed to keep them editable, are stored in your account until you delete them or close the account, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, backups, payment records, dispute handling, or law. An exported PPTX is generated for download and is not separately retained by Slydix as a downloadable cloud file.

Uploaded images

Images you upload (logos, product photos, team photos, and similar assets) are used only to create and maintain the presentation you requested. We do not use them to train AI models, share them with other users, or add them to public template libraries. Temporary processing copies are discarded after processing. A copy that is part of a saved, editable presentation may remain with that project until it is deleted.

Your images are used only for your presentation. Temporary processing copies are deleted after processing; project assets required for editing are retained only with your saved project. Slydix does not use them for unrelated purposes or AI training.

Service providers and your rights

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, email, security, and payments. They may process only the information needed to provide those services. Paddle processes buyer and payment information under its own privacy notice. You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about your data by contacting us. Rights vary by location and remain subject to applicable law.
