Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Slydix, an AI-assisted presentation generation, editing, and PowerPoint export service operated by Guangzhou Rihao Trading Co., Ltd.("Slydix", "we", "us"). By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing Usage Credits, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our AI Acceptable Use Policy, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Slydix for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Slydix creates presentation drafts from prompts, documents, and optional reference assets. AI output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, permissions, and suitability before using or sharing it.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You may not use Slydix for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; to impersonate another person; to process payments for others; or to interfere with the service. You must also comply with our AI Acceptable Use Policy, which expressly prohibits deepfakes, face swaps, voice impersonation, unauthorized use of a person's likeness, automated decisions about people, and content in regulated or otherwise prohibited categories. We may block generation or suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Usage Credits, prices, and payment

Usage Credits are non-transferable units that measure prepaid use of specific Slydix software features. They are not currency, stored value, gift cards, vouchers, or a payment method; they cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside Slydix. Current prices and usage costs are shown before purchase or use. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle conducts the order process, collects payment and applicable taxes, issues receipts, and handles payment-related customer service and returns. A purchase may also be governed by the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Slydix at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or harm, comply with law, protect the service, or address a material breach of these Terms. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property, liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content and assets you upload. You grant Slydix the limited right to process them only as needed to provide the requested service. You must own or have all permissions and consents required to use uploaded materials, including permission from any identifiable person whose image, voice, personal data, or likeness appears in them. Slydix does not grant you rights to third-party material. Slydix software, branding, templates, and service technology remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live, disputes concerning Slydix will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Guangzhou, China. Transactions processed by Paddle remain subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and dispute procedures.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The current version and effective date will remain published here. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Slydix available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and Slydix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from AI output or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
